2020年12月23日晚上6：00在上海金蘋果雙語學(xué)校國際部一樓舉行領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力系列課程，此期是由外聘的成功人士，十年留美經(jīng)驗的陸老師為學(xué)生們帶來精彩的講座，主題為Own Your Future by Career Planning。

學(xué)生感想

國際部學(xué)生會**——張同學(xué)

成功對于勤奮者是收獲的果實，對于堅持者是奮斗的目標(biāo)，對于灰心者是一個永遠無法到達的彼岸。

本周的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力課程是由一位外聘的成功人士---有十年留美經(jīng)驗的陸老師為我們帶來的。通過陸老師的演說，我們也清晰地了解應(yīng)該如何規(guī)劃好自己的未來，為自己樹立一個明確的目標(biāo)，選擇正確的前進方式。同時陸老師也用他自己的實戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗給我們仔細(xì)分析了各行各業(yè)的發(fā)展情況。

最讓我深受啟發(fā)的還是陸老師所講的一個故事：

一個著名的推銷大師，在告別推銷生涯，受到行業(yè)協(xié)會及社會各界人士的邀請，在他所在城市的體育館舉辦告別職業(yè)生涯的演講。當(dāng)主持人講完開場白，邀請他入場時，人們看到的是舞臺中間吊著一個很大的鐵珠，這位推銷大師身著休閑服出現(xiàn)在人們面前，正當(dāng)人們面面相覷時，推銷大師邀請了兩位身強力壯的青年上場手舉大錘敲打大鐵球，要求把它能蕩起來，可是無論這兩個青年怎樣努力，鐵球還是文絲不動。這時推銷大師拿起一個小鐵錘一遍遍地輕輕敲打鐵球，臺下傳來一片噓聲，可推銷大師的動作并未停下來，而是繼續(xù)一遍遍的敲打，后來也許是人們喝倒彩累了，臺下沒有那么多聲音了，這時，一個婦人大呼：”瞧，鐵球動了?！斑@時人們才發(fā)現(xiàn)，鐵球真的動了，臺下傳來了一片掌聲。推銷大師仍然不停地敲打著，直到鐵球大幅度地蕩起來，它的力足以蕩起一個人。這時推銷大師才將小錘放進口袋里，轉(zhuǎn)過身來對大家說：“在成功的道理上，你沒有耐心去等待成功的到來，那么你只好用一生去面對失敗?！?/p>

所以在去往成功的道路上，我們一定要堅持不懈的努力奮斗，因為下一刻就有可能達到目標(biāo)!

What impresses me most is an idea from Mr. Lu: Leadership is not the possession of the leader of a team, but the possession of the person who makes a significant decision for the team at a certain moment, and everyone has the opportunity to become such a person. Mr. Lu talked about several business tycoons in The United States and summed up their ways of success: they all had innovative ideas, amazing perseverance and good negotiation skills. Mr. Lu, who has worked in the United States for decades, gave us some advice and future career directions based on his own experience. For example, in the future we can go into investment banking, IT industry. The lesson that Mr. Liu gave us inspires me a lot and makes me have more ideas about my future development.

領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力課程感想——陳同學(xué)

There are many changes in our different stages of life. For me, the stage of choosing an ideal university and an ideal major is a very important at present. As far as I am concerned, choosing a profession that I am interested in and dream of is very essential as well. I think that I will have a bountiful harvest on the road to success if I have a clear direction.

Just as I was facing professional troubles, Mr.Lu taught us a lesson in the leadership course last Wednesday night. Starting with a practical example, the current CEO Elon Musk of SpaceX, Tesla, SolarCity, this outstanding successful entrepreneur and engineer has made great contributions in various fields. Often behind his success is the result of his repeated failures and strong will power. Also, he shared some opinions about future employment prospects and directions with us.

In summary, thinking back to the question that which professions suits a person, I believe as long as you can determine this goal, work hard and continue paying effort, you will be able to create your world in the future!
