對(duì)于一群熱愛(ài)足球的少年來(lái)說(shuō)，能夠走進(jìn)職業(yè)足球俱樂(lè)部基地，近距離接觸職業(yè)足球隊(duì)和球員，會(huì)是一次非常令人興奮的機(jī)會(huì)，這不僅能夠與喜歡的球星合影，還能現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀摩學(xué)習(xí)專業(yè)的訓(xùn)練。10月6日上午，在宋侹頲、徐蔚芝、Tiago和Rita4位體育老師的帶領(lǐng)下，14位領(lǐng)科教育上海校區(qū)足球隊(duì)的隊(duì)員走進(jìn)了上海上港足球俱樂(lè)部基地。

走進(jìn)上港足球俱樂(lè)部基地，看到職業(yè)足球隊(duì)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，同學(xué)們描述到：“在新聞官趙昊晨的帶領(lǐng)下，我們?cè)谑c(diǎn)進(jìn)入了基地。它作為亞洲高等級(jí)的專業(yè)足球俱樂(lè)部基地，由兩片十一人制專業(yè)足球場(chǎng)和一排奢華的建筑組成。其中一塊足球場(chǎng)是天然草草坪，另一塊是人造真草混合草坪，兩片草坪適用于不同季節(jié)。在那排建筑里，有儀器高端齊全的健身房，如最知名的運(yùn)動(dòng)抗疲勞儀器;有專業(yè)級(jí)的廚房，新聞官趙昊晨說(shuō)這里的食堂不提供豬肉(可能是因?yàn)橹竞恳约笆萑饩?;還有幾間戰(zhàn)術(shù)分析教室，視頻分析團(tuán)隊(duì)正在對(duì)比賽視頻進(jìn)行分析?！?/p>

在進(jìn)入基地后，同學(xué)們有幸見(jiàn)到了上海著名足球名宿奚志康指導(dǎo)、中國(guó)歐戰(zhàn)**人孫祥、上港守門(mén)員教練Ian Walker以及重磅神醫(yī)“奇跡博士” Eduardo Santos。之后，葡萄牙籍主教練Vitor Pereira非常親切友好地邀請(qǐng)同學(xué)們觀摩職業(yè)球隊(duì)的訓(xùn)練，與同學(xué)們交流足球。

同學(xué)們?cè)谙硎艿搅伺c綠茵偶像近距離接觸所帶來(lái)的快樂(lè)時(shí)，并沒(méi)有停止思考和學(xué)習(xí)。在親眼目睹了上港隊(duì)員平日里的訓(xùn)練過(guò)程后，他們不禁好奇“為什么在訓(xùn)練前需要給草坪灑水”，新聞官趙昊辰解答了同學(xué)們的疑惑，“訓(xùn)練前對(duì)草坪進(jìn)行灑水，目的是讓草場(chǎng)變得更加絲滑，加快一腳出球的速度。”

觀看完訓(xùn)練后，上港足球俱樂(lè)部安排同學(xué)們?cè)谇騿T通道口等候，與球員們進(jìn)行了合影和互動(dòng)。當(dāng)這些平日里只能在電視里見(jiàn)到的球星突然出現(xiàn)在面前，同學(xué)們異常激動(dòng)，紛紛上前合影簽名。

這些與國(guó)際足球大咖合影留念的同學(xué)，都是來(lái)自領(lǐng)科足球社的社員，他們勇敢且堅(jiān)韌、狂野且沉著，那領(lǐng)科足球社到底是怎樣的存在呢?

關(guān)于領(lǐng)科足球社

領(lǐng)科足球社是領(lǐng)科最早成立的社團(tuán)之一。學(xué)校成立足球社不僅是想給熱愛(ài)足球的同學(xué)提供一個(gè)鍛煉和提升球技的平臺(tái)，也是想豐富他們的校園生活，使其成為同學(xué)們?nèi)蘸蟮拿篮糜洃?。目前學(xué)校的各個(gè)年級(jí)都有足球社團(tuán)的成員。

關(guān)于足球社的訓(xùn)練

足球社堅(jiān)持每周“二練”——每周三，體育組Tiago老師會(huì)帶領(lǐng)足球社的社員進(jìn)行一次肌肉訓(xùn)練以便同學(xué)們?cè)诒荣愔斜３至己玫募∪饬α亢鸵淮螌I(yè)的訓(xùn)練以提高足球技能。Tiago老師有著豐富的足球類項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能給予著隊(duì)員們先進(jìn)的足球理念，提高社員的足球水平。雖然踢足球是社員們的主要活動(dòng)，但是足球社也會(huì)關(guān)注社員的校園日常生活和學(xué)習(xí)，彼此以足球?yàn)槊浇榻Y(jié)下了深厚的友誼，相互支持與幫助。

關(guān)于足球社的活動(dòng)

除了每周兩次定期的訓(xùn)練，足球社也會(huì)給社員們準(zhǔn)確校內(nèi)外比賽和足球相關(guān)的活動(dòng)。如，校園足球年級(jí)聯(lián)賽、“超級(jí)杯”足球師生賽等;再如，參觀上海上港與河南建業(yè)的中超聯(lián)賽、參加斯托克城的青訓(xùn)以及這次參觀上海上港球星和俱樂(lè)部基地。此外，足球社的隊(duì)員們即將征戰(zhàn)上海國(guó)際學(xué)校足球聯(lián)賽。

領(lǐng)科的男孩女孩們，如果你們也想在球場(chǎng)揮灑汗水，那快來(lái)加入他們的隊(duì)伍吧。只要熱愛(ài)足球，不分男生女生，不分新生老生，都可以加入足球社體驗(yàn)榮耀與團(tuán)結(jié)并存的幸福感。

Tiago老師的足球隊(duì)計(jì)劃

This trip to the Shanghai SIPG training center was a unique opportunity that took months to think about, plan and finally realize. Ever since I took up the role of Physical Education teacher and coach of our football team at our school, I have always felt the need to show our students what high performance and training really is and the life of sports professionals, in this case football.

Because I am Portuguese and a professional football coach, the possibility arose in a forum of Portuguese coaches in which I was present, to speak with Vítor Pereira (coach of Shanghai SIPG) and to know the possibility of taking my students to observe what is the life of a football professional (player、coach、physiotherapist etc). Fortunately, the coach accepted and was available since the first minute to give us this possibility. It was a unique experience for the students as it allowed them to see all the infrastructure and organization that exists beyond what they see on TV or in the stadium. All the preparation that exists before the games, in the training sessions, making observations of their training sessions and games and the opponent’s games, and how the work of all the different staff departments are synced so the football team can have the best results possible in the games. Unfortunately we couldn't accomplish what we had initially foreseen due to the limitations created by Covid-19, such as being able to watch the match in the stadium referring to the training day we went to watch, but even with these limitations, the club allowed us to see the facilities, observe the training session and interact both with the players and the technical staff. For that, you have my sincere thanks.

I started coaching our football team last year and from the first minute I realized that we have many students who are passionate about the game. Unfortunately, most of them didn’t had contact with this sport since an early age, and, as such, their technical and tactical level is somewhat limited when compared to other students or athletes in the same age range.

Therefore, my first goal within this team was to try to create links between the students and show that being them better or worse, they need to support each other so that the team as a whole can improve. This is the fundamental point. Only then can a team grow and improve. Next, the aim was to explain my idea of the game, to show how we should train, what intensity we should have in training and in the games, what they should do regarding the position and role they have, and, last but not least, to allow students to show their individual quality in a collective sense, that is, to extract the best from everyone with a goal that is the team, because the whole is more than just the sum of its parts. Finally, to have fun playing, training and seeing this club as a second family. We are all together to help each other. The good atmosphere within the club is the proof of that.

I think that this mentality and all the commitment present on the part of all the players has allowed this club to grow, to evolve and to predispose itself to more and more ambitious goals. Due to various limitations we have in terms of infrastructures, at the moment we usually train once a week, but we are working so we can eliminate some of these limitations and have more weekly trainings, so that the evolution, development and growth of this team can be more constant and systematic. The holding of games against other schools is already part of our annual calendar, but we intend to manage the periodicity of these games better, since due to some limitations we cannot hold games as often as we would like, not even in our own facilities, which forces us to travel a lot.

We hope as a club that year after year we can do more and better.

參觀后的感悟

領(lǐng)科的學(xué)子對(duì)于足球運(yùn)動(dòng)有著極高的熱情，不僅僅是男生，女生同樣也要學(xué)習(xí)足球課。孩子們通過(guò)足球課的學(xué)習(xí)，能了解足球知識(shí)，掌握基本技術(shù)。足球社團(tuán)做為學(xué)校的老牌社團(tuán)，成立于6年前。隨著一批又一批的隊(duì)員加入，現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)是一個(gè)非常成熟的社團(tuán)。足球隊(duì)目前每周會(huì)有1-2次的足球訓(xùn)練，由經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的葡萄牙足球教練Tiago帶領(lǐng)孩子進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性的訓(xùn)練。隊(duì)員們也會(huì)在其他時(shí)間觀看比賽來(lái)了解最新的技戰(zhàn)術(shù)或者自我加練來(lái)提高足球水平。隊(duì)員們平時(shí)不僅要進(jìn)行隊(duì)內(nèi)比賽，還有和學(xué)校足球高水平老師的友誼賽。同時(shí)教練也會(huì)安排其它校外比較來(lái)檢驗(yàn)成果，每學(xué)期孩子都要參加好幾場(chǎng)校外友誼賽。這次的參觀，對(duì)于學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)是一次非常好的學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)，不僅能增加他們的見(jiàn)識(shí)，也能讓足球社的同學(xué)們了解職業(yè)足球隊(duì)的運(yùn)作。

此次參觀上港訓(xùn)練基地，機(jī)會(huì)難得，收獲滿滿。俱樂(lè)部一線隊(duì)的訓(xùn)練極少極少對(duì)公眾開(kāi)放，這次有機(jī)會(huì)細(xì)致地參觀學(xué)習(xí)，真的感到十分幸運(yùn)和高興。首先是有關(guān)足球的知識(shí)又得到了許多提升，如草場(chǎng)的維護(hù)、運(yùn)動(dòng)員的飲食、日常護(hù)理等;其次是領(lǐng)略了戰(zhàn)術(shù)配合和球員基本功，雖然我們離那還相差甚遠(yuǎn)，但許多點(diǎn)都值得學(xué)習(xí)。另外，大家還得到了偶像的簽名和合照，夠吹上好久啦。最后，在足球隊(duì)希望抓緊提升基本功，停球，跑位等等，爭(zhēng)取早日成為主力前鋒，為ULINK攻城拔寨。

這次去SIPG參觀的機(jī)會(huì)非常難得，見(jiàn)到了很多很喜歡的球員，特別是石柯，看到他走得這么遠(yuǎn)，我很激動(dòng);能夠與俱樂(lè)部的主教練交流足球也是很幸運(yùn)很開(kāi)心的;大部分球員都比較親切，沒(méi)有明星的架子。同時(shí)，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀看了一小時(shí)的訓(xùn)練后，了解到現(xiàn)代職業(yè)足球比表面上復(fù)雜很多，他們的背后有著強(qiáng)大的團(tuán)隊(duì)支撐，這些是我們往?？床坏剑瑓s又是一個(gè)球隊(duì)很重要的一部分。總之祝SIPG亞冠里取得好成績(jī)!
