對于一群熱愛足球的少年來說，能夠走進職業(yè)足球俱樂部基地，近距離接觸職業(yè)足球隊和球員，會是一次非常令人興奮的機會，這不僅能夠與喜歡的球星合影，還能現(xiàn)場觀摩學習專業(yè)的訓練。10月6日上午，在宋侹頲、徐蔚芝、Tiago和Rita4位體育老師的帶領下，14位領科教育上海校區(qū)足球隊的隊員走進了上海上港足球俱樂部基地。

走進上港足球俱樂部基地，看到職業(yè)足球隊的基礎設施，同學們描述到：“在新聞官趙昊晨的帶領下，我們在十點進入了基地。它作為亞洲高等級的專業(yè)足球俱樂部基地，由兩片十一人制專業(yè)足球場和一排奢華的建筑組成。其中一塊足球場是天然草草坪，另一塊是人造真草混合草坪，兩片草坪適用于不同季節(jié)。在那排建筑里，有儀器高端齊全的健身房，如最知名的運動抗疲勞儀器;有專業(yè)級的廚房，新聞官趙昊晨說這里的食堂不提供豬肉(可能是因為脂肪含量以及瘦肉精);還有幾間戰(zhàn)術分析教室，視頻分析團隊正在對比賽視頻進行分析。”

在進入基地后，同學們有幸見到了上海著名足球名宿奚志康指導、中國歐戰(zhàn)**人孫祥、上港守門員教練Ian Walker以及重磅神醫(yī)“奇跡博士” Eduardo Santos。之后，葡萄牙籍主教練Vitor Pereira非常親切友好地邀請同學們觀摩職業(yè)球隊的訓練，與同學們交流足球。

同學們在享受到了與綠茵偶像近距離接觸所帶來的快樂時，并沒有停止思考和學習。在親眼目睹了上港隊員平日里的訓練過程后，他們不禁好奇“為什么在訓練前需要給草坪灑水”，新聞官趙昊辰解答了同學們的疑惑，“訓練前對草坪進行灑水，目的是讓草場變得更加絲滑，加快一腳出球的速度?！?/p>

觀看完訓練后，上港足球俱樂部安排同學們在球員通道口等候，與球員們進行了合影和互動。當這些平日里只能在電視里見到的球星突然出現(xiàn)在面前，同學們異常激動，紛紛上前合影簽名。

與明星球員零距離互動

這些與國際足球大咖合影留念的同學，都是來自領科足球社的社員，他們勇敢且堅韌、狂野且沉著，那領科足球社到底是怎樣的存在呢?

關于領科足球社

領科足球社是領科最早成立的社團之一。學校成立足球社不僅是想給熱愛足球的同學提供一個鍛煉和提升球技的平臺，也是想豐富他們的校園生活，使其成為同學們?nèi)蘸蟮拿篮糜洃?。目前學校的各個年級都有足球社團的成員。

關于足球社的訓練

足球社堅持每周“二練”——每周三，體育組Tiago老師會帶領足球社的社員進行一次肌肉訓練以便同學們在比賽中保持良好的肌肉力量和一次專業(yè)的訓練以提高足球技能。Tiago老師有著豐富的足球類項目經(jīng)驗，能給予著隊員們先進的足球理念，提高社員的足球水平。雖然踢足球是社員們的主要活動，但是足球社也會關注社員的校園日常生活和學習，彼此以足球為媒介結下了深厚的友誼，相互支持與幫助。

關于足球社的活動

除了每周兩次定期的訓練，足球社也會給社員們準確校內(nèi)外比賽和足球相關的活動。如，校園足球年級聯(lián)賽、“超級杯”足球師生賽等;再如，參觀上海上港與河南建業(yè)的中超聯(lián)賽、參加斯托克城的青訓以及這次參觀上海上港球星和俱樂部基地。此外，足球社的隊員們即將征戰(zhàn)上海國際學校足球聯(lián)賽。

領科的男孩女孩們，如果你們也想在球場揮灑汗水，那快來加入他們的隊伍吧。只要熱愛足球，不分男生女生，不分新生老生，都可以加入足球社體驗榮耀與團結并存的幸福感。

Tiago老師的足球隊計劃

This trip to the Shanghai SIPG training center was a unique opportunity that took months to think about, plan and finally realize. Ever since I took up the role of Physical Education teacher and coach of our football team at our school, I have always felt the need to show our students what high performance and training really is and the life of sports professionals, in this case football.

Because I am Portuguese and a professional football coach, the possibility arose in a forum of Portuguese coaches in which I was present, to speak with Vítor Pereira (coach of Shanghai SIPG) and to know the possibility of taking my students to observe what is the life of a football professional (player、coach、physiotherapist etc). Fortunately, the coach accepted and was available since the first minute to give us this possibility. It was a unique experience for the students as it allowed them to see all the infrastructure and organization that exists beyond what they see on TV or in the stadium. All the preparation that exists before the games, in the training sessions, making observations of their training sessions and games and the opponent’s games, and how the work of all the different staff departments are synced so the football team can have the best results possible in the games. Unfortunately we couldn't accomplish what we had initially foreseen due to the limitations created by Covid-19, such as being able to watch the match in the stadium referring to the training day we went to watch, but even with these limitations, the club allowed us to see the facilities, observe the training session and interact both with the players and the technical staff. For that, you have my sincere thanks.

I started coaching our football team last year and from the first minute I realized that we have many students who are passionate about the game. Unfortunately, most of them didn’t had contact with this sport since an early age, and, as such, their technical and tactical level is somewhat limited when compared to other students or athletes in the same age range.

Therefore, my first goal within this team was to try to create links between the students and show that being them better or worse, they need to support each other so that the team as a whole can improve. This is the fundamental point. Only then can a team grow and improve. Next, the aim was to explain my idea of the game, to show how we should train, what intensity we should have in training and in the games, what they should do regarding the position and role they have, and, last but not least, to allow students to show their individual quality in a collective sense, that is, to extract the best from everyone with a goal that is the team, because the whole is more than just the sum of its parts. Finally, to have fun playing, training and seeing this club as a second family. We are all together to help each other. The good atmosphere within the club is the proof of that.

I think that this mentality and all the commitment present on the part of all the players has allowed this club to grow, to evolve and to predispose itself to more and more ambitious goals. Due to various limitations we have in terms of infrastructures, at the moment we usually train once a week, but we are working so we can eliminate some of these limitations and have more weekly trainings, so that the evolution, development and growth of this team can be more constant and systematic. The holding of games against other schools is already part of our annual calendar, but we intend to manage the periodicity of these games better, since due to some limitations we cannot hold games as often as we would like, not even in our own facilities, which forces us to travel a lot.

We hope as a club that year after year we can do more and better.

參觀后的感悟

領科的學子對于足球運動有著極高的熱情，不僅僅是男生，女生同樣也要學習足球課。孩子們通過足球課的學習，能了解足球知識，掌握基本技術。足球社團做為學校的老牌社團，成立于6年前。隨著一批又一批的隊員加入，現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)是一個非常成熟的社團。足球隊目前每周會有1-2次的足球訓練，由經(jīng)驗豐富的葡萄牙足球教練Tiago帶領孩子進行系統(tǒng)性的訓練。隊員們也會在其他時間觀看比賽來了解最新的技戰(zhàn)術或者自我加練來提高足球水平。隊員們平時不僅要進行隊內(nèi)比賽，還有和學校足球高水平老師的友誼賽。同時教練也會安排其它校外比較來檢驗成果，每學期孩子都要參加好幾場校外友誼賽。這次的參觀，對于學生來說是一次非常好的學習機會，不僅能增加他們的見識，也能讓足球社的同學們了解職業(yè)足球隊的運作。

此次參觀上港訓練基地，機會難得，收獲滿滿。俱樂部一線隊的訓練極少極少對公眾開放，這次有機會細致地參觀學習，真的感到十分幸運和高興。首先是有關足球的知識又得到了許多提升，如草場的維護、運動員的飲食、日常護理等;其次是領略了戰(zhàn)術配合和球員基本功，雖然我們離那還相差甚遠，但許多點都值得學習。另外，大家還得到了偶像的簽名和合照，夠吹上好久啦。最后，在足球隊希望抓緊提升基本功，停球，跑位等等，爭取早日成為主力前鋒，為ULINK攻城拔寨。

這次去SIPG參觀的機會非常難得，見到了很多很喜歡的球員，特別是石柯，看到他走得這么遠，我很激動;能夠與俱樂部的主教練交流足球也是很幸運很開心的;大部分球員都比較親切，沒有明星的架子。同時，現(xiàn)場觀看了一小時的訓練后，了解到現(xiàn)代職業(yè)足球比表面上復雜很多，他們的背后有著強大的團隊支撐，這些是我們往常看不到，卻又是一個球隊很重要的一部分?？傊IPG亞冠里取得好成績!
